That time, I followed the instructions in the wiki to the letter,
including omitting the 0x and putting the fingerprint in all lowercase
as the wiki showed. I've now updated the wiki to show the fingerprint
in all-uppercase.

I resubmitted the command again in all uppercase.

I'm using dput-ng. This is a bad user interface.
