When investigating odd things like this, especially on windows platforms,
be sure to try using the terminal as well as the gui.

Certain low-level error messages get sent to the terminal, but not
the gui. Any such messages might give us a clue to the problem,
and how to fix it.

I am not sure about this! Sometimes it seems to disappear when the
computers
are updated. But I also have a report where it still exists after the
computer seems to be updated. However I have only seen reports about
loading
a .sav file. This seems to be about loading a file from text format.

The text on my site states:
*Unfortunately there seems to be an issue with loading of large .sav files
in all MSWindows builds. We don't know under which circumstances it happens
and don't have a solution yet. Using the command "set workspace=100000000."
as first command is a workaround for this issue. Reports under which
circumstances this happens are welcome. *

     Have fun
