[PATCH 2/6] target/mips: Convert Loongson DDIV.G opcodes to decodetree |

Introduce decode_loongson() to decode all Loongson vendor
specific opcodes. Start converting a single opcode: DDIV.G
(divide 64-bit signed integers).
