How to add virtio-iommu into aarch64 VM?

I am using Linux-5.10.141 and QEMU-6.2 on a cortex-A78 platform.

I created an Ubuntu-22.04 VM with virt-manager (libvirt), and it worked well.

Now I am trying to enable virtio-iommu device to the VM, but I did not find the right wayt to do that.

So how to add and configure virtio-iommu into the VM through libvirt XML or QEMU command line?
