Log message:
        (input production): Allow expr as the only
        input (for interpret() call).
        (interpret): Rewritten.
        (configuration block): Rewritten. Allow new keywords "load" and
        "load-path". By default, if no "load" statements were given,
        attempt to load the legacy file $radius_dir/rewrite.
