Hi fellow Rangers,
Is there a way to see a list of the operations conducted by ranger since it
started?
I know of 'W' which shows the message log, but this is not what I want.
What I'm looking for is something like:
- copied test.txt from /tmp/ to /home/user/
- deleted /tmp/file1
- deleted /tmp/file2
Alternatively, a keylog history is good too:
- starting dir: /tmp/
- file test.txt : yy
- gn
- current directory: /home/user/
- pp
The reason for this is if I accidentally make any mistake I can look at the
history of commands and figure out what I did.
Even logging operations details as they occur to syslog is ok for me. Option
for keylogging in config file.
If none of these exist, I will make a feature request.
As usual, thanks for giving us the gift of this excellent software I rely upon
every day!
