[RP] 0.0.6/0.1.0 release

I am done adding things that I would like to have in the next release.
I surely introduced a few bugs.  Shawn, do you have anything else you
want to add, or are we ready to clean up and release 0.1.0?

I need to fix a few error/status messages and document the command
set.  Other than the transient window bug (see the bug list on
sourceforge) I don't think there are any other show stoppers.  Martin
verified that the alarm bug is gone under AIX.  

Let's get this thing out there.
