[RP] escape command

I've added preliminary support for setting the prefix key. The command
is escape and it takes a key as an arg. for example

: escape ^b

sets the prefix to C-b. This is not entirely screen compliant. It
assumes that the key you want to use to generate the prefix key is the
keysym without any modifiers.
