[RP] 9menu and emacs menu

Sorry no code available yet. ;)

I'm thinking a [Ratpoison] menu in the Emacs menubar instead of
hacking 9menu to support keyboard motions. This would be weird. What
do you think about this? I'm pretty new to elisp hacking but I think
it's doable. ;)
