[RP] Intent to upload 0.2.0 CVS snapshot before the woody freeze

Greetings Ladies and Gentlegeeks!

As some of you may know, woody will be frozen - hopefully in the near
future -, thus I want to see a newer ratpoison in it. 0.1.1 is simply
too old, and the angry hordes of users are trying to beat a new upload
out of me.

Said that, I'm willing to upload a CVS snapshot sometime this week. Of
course, the version number (0.2.0.cvs.<date>-1) will indicate that it
is a snapshot, and I will mention it in README.Debian. This way, noone
will confuse this with an actual release.
