[RP] unstable CVS

Hi guys,

So I've committed some changes that probably made CVS a bit
unstable. I expect a couple crash bugs because of NULL pointer
references. This is because I've been a bit sloppy with the changes I
made. But I'll be tightening things up. 

I have made the changes needed for saving and restoring framesets. It
is already being used in the resize code. Now, if you hit C-g when
resizing a frame, the frames restore.

I'll be adding a couple commands that will deal with dumping the
frameset and restoring it.
