Maybe, but I couldn't get it working. My problem was that I could set
the command key to be caps lock and bind 'other' to caps lock, but if
I then hit caps lock twice, rp ignored the second press. Otherwise,
using caps lock worked fine without the patch. Perhaps its a bug in X,
but IsModifierKey(caps_lock) always seems to return true. Or perhaps
I'm doing something wrong :)
