[RP] cyclebuffer integration

Another feature request coming -

How about a defun that uses the windowlist to display emacs buffers
instead of X-managed windows?  This seems to add value when compared
with M-x list-buffers or even M-x electric-buffer-list, i.e. for
people navigating buffers quickly with the cyclebuffer functions.
I'm not quite sure how this should work out, however.  Any feedback
on this idea? Has anyone tried something like this yet?
