[RP] addhook weirdness...

After upgrading to 1.4.0 I've noticed that addhook stopped working.  I 
have 'addhook switchwin info' in my rc file and it doesn't work.  After 
some playing around I noticed that the first addhook added for an event 
never works.  If I add a second switchwin hook, it works as expected but 
the first doesn't.

Anyone else see this same behavior?

I'm using ratpoison under Cygwin/XFree and never had problems before. 
Even with this minor annoyance, ratpoison still rocks!
