Did the names actually start with "~$"? Office creates these files
when a file is used, i.e. someone is looking at it or editing it.
Sometimes these files stay behind even though they're no longer used.
Office is responsible for this, not rdiff-backup. Rdiff-backup merely
sees that the file exists and makes a backup.
