Details:

When uploading a project to an archive it is often necessary to upload all the
used software also, atleast as long as they are free and thus give you the
freedom to distribute them. For example `software-v4-0-g8505cfd.tar.gz' in
zenodo.3408481 <https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3408481>.

It would thus be very convenient to have an option to package all the used
tarballs in a separate tarball, something like this:


./project make dist-software
