Details:
It would help if we test Maneage on FreeBSD also (with its default settings).
So I just made Virtual Machine of FreeBSD 12.1 and tried building Maneage
there. So far, I found these complications:
1. Since its default shell is TCSH, some things like '&>' don't work! I had to
remove it in the check for 'nproc' in 'configure.sh'.
2. Its default Make implementation complains about the 'ifeq' conditionals we
have in 'basic.mk'.
