and its Comment 19 <https://savannah.nongnu.org/task/?15686#comment19>,
brought up the need to setting a good policy for updating packages out of line
for bug fixes. 

Should we really push them up and let them skip the queue that is discussed
here? Or should we put them in this branch, and tell anyone needs it urgently,
to pull from that branch until its merged?

Please share your thoughts on this here ;-)...
