Details:
In the current version of the tutorial on Maneage's webpage
<https://maneage.org/tutorial.html>, we don't use the available
infra-structure that Maneage has for importing input data, see the comments
above INPUTS.conf
<https://git.maneage.org/project.git/tree/reproduce/analysis/config/INPUTS.conf>.
We should update that tutorial to use those features. It will allow them to
also validate the input data (with a checksum) after download, and before
usage. Generally, its much more easier than writing a 'wget' command yourself
;-).
