Ugh, I didn't remember that one.  Since the PATH is set by
sv_membersh, it's safe not to specify the path, and so I did.

I also add to use /usr/bin/env so as not to rely on hardcoded path in
the xinetd configuration ;)

Cool, I removed /usr/bin/git-cvsexportcommit
