[Savannah-hackers-public] No anonymous edits on the wiki

Hi,

Anonymous bots tend to revert and now edit the pages, bypassing the
simple anti-spam measure (requiring to set a username and register it
as a cookie before to edit a page).

So to prevent a more widespread spamdexing, I removed anonymous write
access on the wiki. Please find or implement new protection if you can.
