[Savannah-hackers-public] savannah cvs import delay

Sylvain and all,

Is there a cron delay (or something) before a new project fully exists
on savannah?  After approving gnuspool, when I run (in the noshell
vserver, as explained in the wiki)
  infra/cvs/cvs_import.sh http://www.xisl.com/gnuspoolcvs.tar.gz gnuspool
it says
  gnuspool isn't a Unix group.
And indeed it isn't in the vserver's /etc/group.
