[Savannah-hackers-public] Urgent IPv4 Address Changes

Savannah Hackers,

Lisa has notified us that there is an urgent change needed *this
weekend* to the IPv4 addresses used by Savannah and other FSF/GNU
resources.  Expect the servers to change to this address range:

  208.118.235.0/24

The mgt VM has already been moved.  We decided to use it as a router
test to make sure things were okay.  All good.  Others moving this
weekend.  All IPv4 address moves are expected to be completed before
Monday.  This will not affect the IPv6 addresses.
