[Savannah-hackers-public] A button for forgotten login name

Hello,

as far as I can see there's no way in Savannah to recover your login
name if you forget it. You can reset your password by providing your
login name, but there's no button to have your login name sent to you
by email.
Does anyone have security or other concerns against it? Otherwise I can
try and add this feature.
