    I am not sure to understand what it means. Here is the copyright notice
    of the script :

    # of the License, or (at your option) any later version.
    ...

The copyright notice is just the first line.  A copyright notice
consists of the word "Copyright", some years, and the name of the
copyright holder.

The rest of the lines are the copying permission notice.  So you have
already put in a suitable copying permission notice.  Thanks.
