[Savannah-hackers] Gnats

It's become wildly apparent to me that I'm not going to have the time
to hack Gnats anytime soon to do what I need it to, much less hack savannah
to use it after the fact.  I noticed that there's a couple of other folks
who are interested in helping with it - Can any of them take over
being the primary on this?

I have a couple other minor tasks, after which I will remove myself from
Savannah-hackers.

I will continue to sit on cvs-hackers for any historical questions and,
of course, can always be found at address@hidden or on system-hackers.
