His ssh "authorized key" seems OK.
Perhaps he made the same mistake I made: when running ssh-keygen, it asks for
a "pass phrase"; I thought it was asking for my gpg password in order to
process the changes, but later I realized "ssh-keygen" was really asking for
an access password; if one wants to be able to log in without being asked for
a password, it is necessary to press enter twice, when ssh-keygen is run, to
leave the password empty.

If he uses ssh-keygen again, he will have to update his cvs/ssh key in
Savannah and I do not know if subversions:~joy/.ssh/authorized_keys will be
refreshed automatically (in my case I didn't wait and changed it as root).

As an interesting fact, I got the solution from "Debian Developer's Page"
(http://www.debian.org/devel/rsync_examples#paswordlessssh) which Josip
himself (the one who is having problems) helped writting.
