This sn't working again.

I've just added the .symlinks file to make the site "live" and the
file doesn't seem to have caused any change on the webserver.

It seems to be whenever I add a new file.


Also: I asked Loic this the other day: as a project manager how do I
turn on mailing lists capabilities? Can I? Or do I still have to ask
for each list from the gnu mail admin?
