This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

The GNUPIER project wants to develop a collection of software for general and 
specialized web portals.  The project will not only create the packages but 
will run them as services on the free http://pier.gnu.org portal (address to be 
created soon).

The project is in the alpha stage; central to our project will be the 
development of a web search engine, a noncommercial web sites directory, and 
the experiment of a free news summary service.
