        Hi,

        Once the display system will work, you'll be able to apply for
inclusion in the GNU project. You're welcome to use Savannah for development
in the mean time. 

        Calling it GNU Display System may be misleading because it carries
the idea that it belongs to the GNU project already. Could you register it
under another name please ? The GNU attribute will be added when it's 
included in the GNU project.

        Also I'd appreciate if the description you provide could be more
precise (I don't know what Quartz is ;-)
