udpeq is a program that load-balances a udp packet stream
between two points, going over multiple parallel channels.
It is useful in combination with a higher-level tunneling
program such as CIPE or GRE tunnels, especially when you
have a motley collection of network connections (such as
several modems and a satellite downlink).  using multiple
parallel channels can improve the overall throughput and
robustness of the link.
