Hello, hackers!

Are you playing with CVS again? I cannot update from
:pserver:address@hidden:/cvs

cvs server: cannot open /root/.cvsignore: Permission denied

Please add "-f" to the arguments of the CVS server in xinetd. It doesn't
hurt for any version of CVS.

Guillaume Morin <address@hidden> already did it for the new version
of CVS, but he probably (wrongly) reverted that change.

Note that simply restarting x?inetd is sufficient to trigger the problem
if there is no "-f" after "cvs"!
