        Hi,

        Could you describe in more details what you'd like to do ? I do
not understand if you're talking about a portal or a software to make a
portal. Half a page describing the software would be enough. You can 
re-submit your projet with the detailed description.

        Also note that the system name of your project will be used to
create directories, it is not the name of the kernel on which the software
will be run ;-)
