Hi,
The current tarbal of simtex does not contain any reference to
the LGPL license, although I think your intent it to use this license.
Failing this, the alpha version of simtex is not Free Software. Could you
please include a version of the LGPL in the tarbal and insert a copyright
notice at the beginning of each file ?
Please re-submit your project when this is done.
