Okay.  I think emacs has symlinks to the regex.[ch] in here..
*sigh*. Aside from that, please move it.

Also feel free to move hydrant and radar.  Hydrants going to get some
work done pretty soon on it.  I'm just waiting for confirmation from
Alain before I ask you to move mailutils and inetutils.

I should probably make sure the CVS snapshots on alpha get updated too.
