Log message:
        * gnuscripts/sf_cvs: rework anonymous user handling to prevent
        proliferation. A a_<project> user is created for every project
        and the anoncvs is mapped to it in pserver file (passwd).
        
        * gnuscripts/sf_cvs: a full list of old GNU projects is hard coded
        to enable anoncvs when using the /cvs root. The mapping described
        above cannot be implemented for these projects because they don't
        have a distinct CVSROOT.
        
        * gnuscripts/sf_www: do not show private projects (is_public == 0)
        
        * gnuscripts/sf_xml: output more information; the password,
        the gid of the project, the uid of the user.
