I have a new project, and its home page was assigned to
http://www.freesoftware.fsf.org/bridge/.  That's fine,
but whenever I visit that page, I see
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /bridge/ on this
server.

I assume that I see this message because I haven't
created any web content for the project.

How can I replace that message with something more
informative?
