        Hi,

        You'll find that I added a DocBook documentation in the docs
directory. It's not user documentation (it is the Savannah development
plan). I thought you might want to write DocBook based instead of HTML
based documentation, since we now have a simple way to transform them
into HTML (see the Makefile).
