[Savannah-hackers] Feature suggestion: GPG key exchange

Just a suggestion, but now that savannah is fairly well established
for all GNU project hackers it might be a good idea to add a store for
a public GPG key for each developer.

Posting GPG keys to the savannah system will be pretty secure, since
access is allowed only over SSL. It's certainly a better way to
exchange keys with other GNU people than plain text mails where the
line of trust is hard to establish.

If there was a means of putting keys into and getting keys from
savannah I'm sure that others could write some simple command line
tools to make local keychains from savannah.
