Oh, I'm sorry, but this can be fixed!

I know, in /gnu-tool and some other additional subdirs some files are
missing the GPL... I'll fix it.

What type of files are in need for the GPL notice?

I will check all .[cCh] and .tex -- is this sufficient?

And I'll remove/change some .gif file from the WWW tree.
Hmm, and I'm afraid I have to remove the Hardware Docu (pc*.pdf).
