RCXJavaC
RCXJavaC is a Java like compiler for the Lego Mindstorms Robotics system.
This compiler was designed to use the Java syntax with a few modifications to
it. This need for a compiler of this design started from hobbiests in the AI
feild and move onto the University level. Origionally a research project from
Villanova University, it can be used in academics as well as at home from its
design. The compiler translates Java style code into an assembly set designed
for the RCX P-Brick, the main unit of the kit, and currently an assembler for
that is being designed. It was origionally written in C/C++, however a Java
port is in the works for distributed systems work. The C/C++ work will still
be supported; however the Java port will goto the University for their research
work to continue.
