As far as I can tell this is a mailman issue. You should
complain to http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/ so that it
is fixed. The mailman releases are installed on a regular
basis on the GNU machines.

I've noticed (I've tried, without success, to find
something about that in Savannah Documentation) that
accentued characters seems put mailman archives in
trouble, it simply seems that mailman dont support
accentued characters.

For example :

or, more extreme :
http://mail.freesoftware.fsf.org/pipermail/latexfr-list/2001-November/000041.html

Is that a knowned bug, do you plan to fix it soon ?
