A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden

Matthias Weiß <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: D-Moon-Blue
System name: d-moon-blue
This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

This project aims to create a multi timbral free software sampler using the
audio connection kit JACK (http://jackit.sourceforge.net).
Features are diskstreaming, that is it doesn\'t load the entire sample set for
an sample instrument into main memory but streams during playback directly
from the hard disc.
It is written multi threaded to seperate the GUI processing, the
audio manipulation processing and the disk streaming processing in order to
prevend mutual locking.
D-Moon-Blue aimes for professional usage and should support several sample
file formats from AKAI, Kurzweil, E-Mu and Roland.
Gtk-- is used as the GUI tool kit, D-Moon-Blue will provide an easy to use
user interface to manage sample sets, configure the JACK server in stand
alone mode and manage the connection with other JACK applications in client
mode.
D-Moon-Blue is a JACK client and connects its MIDI input to a JACK client that
produces MIDI output (e.g. a MIDI
sequencer) and connects its audio output to a JACK client that accepts audio
data (e.g. an audio mixer). D-Moon-Blue has also the capability to read
directly from ALSA MIDI input and send audio output to the ALSA PCM
interface and hence can be run as a stand alone application.
The application is written in C++.

There is already source code on my box though it is not ready for a first
release. I have no web page where it is downloadable.
