[Savannah-hackers] instructions for uploading files

In my project admin page
(http://savannah.gnu.org/project/admin/?group_id=307),
regarding uploading files to my public download area, there are two
example commands, each of which use
freesoftware.fsf.org:/upload/tunnel/

When I use that address, both rsync and scp ask for a password and fail.
I have ssh2 but use Protocol = 1 in the config file.
To work around this, I use
address@hidden:/upload/tunnel/
I think it is better to document it that way, so that it does not fail
on systems like mine.
