[Savannah-hackers] Savannah Support page

I notice that Savannah has a "Technical Support Manager", which seems
to be a very basic bug tracking system, duplicating the functionality
of address@hidden  Perhaps it is possible to set this up so
that it sends mail to bug-gnu-emacs when bugs are added for now, so
reports made there do not go unnoticed (as the four made so far appear
to have done until now). When we start using GNATS, I assume that will
have some sort of interface on savannah that will take its place.

There is also a "Patch Manager" there which should probably also be
gatewayed to bug-gnu-emacs.
