A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden
David Ferlier <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: Starmpeg
System name: starmpeg
This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project
My project\'s name is starmpeg. This is an mpeg player for *bsd and linux.
The libraries i used are Qt2, smpeg, SDL, X11 ... It has an intuitive
interface, and is primarly built for the lambda user.
His interest is to provide an opensource multimedia player with a correct
stability, but with a limited usage (mpeg videos).
I provided packages for both linux and openbsd.
This project already exists since 2 months.
The project url is http:/starmpeg.sourceforge.net
