The project that posted the ad is a private project (some
internal organizational affairs are handled that way). I
think the administrator of the project did not realize
that his call for help would have restricted access
inherited from his project (he meant to make a public
announcement).
You can get the details of the evaluation team, who posted
the call for help, from

and you should get in touch with user hgayosso in Savannah.

1) How do I get access?
2) How do you expect volunteers if you restrict access?
