        Hi,

        Since there is no implementation of J2EE that is Free
Software, we have to decline your proposal to host the project on
Savannah. Please let me know if this specific part of the Requirement
page (https://savannah.gnu.org/register/requirements.php) is obscure and
needs more explanation.
