This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

My project is called Epilog, it\'s a multi-file logging utility written in C 
and GTK+ API. It\'s capable of doing log coloring and reporting according to 
key words. It uses one notetab for each file, making it easier to watch more 
than one file at the same time; the user also gets informed when the log files 
are changed. On the future I intent do use XML to organize the logs, but now 
its done with manual string parsing with C.

The program is on alpha stage and a simple version is already released.
