There is a problem with having IDsec hosted on Savannah until IDsec 
demonstratably runs under Kaffe.  I think this issue is a bit of a 
chicken and egg problem.  Having IDsec released under the GPL and 
available on Savannah as it sits now means other people can start 
working on fixing issues like Kaffe.  This helps Hans, who has no 
experiance with getting kaffe working, and helps the community make 
IDsec more usable.  If this cannot be done, then I suggest we host a 
distribution of IDsec on dotgnu.org until it is at least kaffe capable.
